"Correct Human Nutrition" because it is more needed than ever, the soyance is mostly rigged and the current thing (hoaxes) goes at the expense of talks about proper human food.
After Strength Training for the Busy the manual to get more instant energy in less time I am often asked to write a specific book about nutrition. Because that salad and cracker won't cut it, a meat based eating pattern does. Unfortunately that is not yet common knowledge. Instead of screaming in the desert and repeating myself I can refer to this BLOG and provide some upfront value.


I did moreover my utmost best to make Correct Human Nutrition accessible in two ways; that it is relevant for almost everyone and that Correct Human Nutrition is not specialized like Strength Training for the Busy were I expected the reader to have a basic level of 
training background and motivation to do the work in the most effective way. 
It is late 2025 and I stand for none-of-the current things. (disclaimer 1of2) I will use the full palette of language in Correct Human Nutrition if this offends you, do not continue (disclaimer 2of2). This is all to make this project more mentally digestible and in no way will I tone things down if it negatively impacts the truth, result and knowledge! This way there is no ‘controlled’ speech barrier.

Since 2018 it became incredible hard to find useful information to get even fit.

With our one stomach we as humans are carnivores. That means you and I have to eat (more)meat. The human is designed to eat meat. And although I am a big fan of the Paleo diet, when it is modernized and replicated in a supermarket setting it is missing one key point; that we are better off not eating any agricultural vegetables.

Think what would you have been eaten 20.000 years ago out of hunting and gathering at the place where you are now?

The strongest point of the recent popularized carnivore diet is the dump of vegetables (much needed) opposition against vegetardians. Because 'them' are never content by what you are eating now and some of them pretend to be doctors***.

In fact carbon is needed for photosynthesis and oxygen production by the plant kingdom. It is a global satanic death cult against oxygen and the staff of life: fatty meat consumption.


We are just getting started, skin problems are directly dependent on what you eat and the lack of sun exposure. Vitamin D3 (that influences every cellular process in the body) and adequate trace minerals like zinc are keypoints. More often than not I hear the false notion that the skin and nutrition are unrelated. This is false and a disservice to the skin patient. Zinc is a trace mineral and deal breaker for the skin, making sure that zinc levels are adequate is key for skin problems. Zinc is even important for hormonal health. I encourage you to figure out what substances are blocking zinc absorption and remove those offenders. I can write it down and without implementation it is useless: Wheat, heavy
processed skimmed milk and beans block zinc absorption. All credit for discovering that goes to the Paleo community. Otherwise I would never found that out when I was doing my own extensive homework.

Unless you are living under a rock censorship on the corporate socials is real and it was way easier to dig-information in the early 2010s luckily for me the internet helped me tremendously in guiding me by using collective knowledge in getting rid of chronic fatigue (for good) in 2011, this is my highest credibility.

It was real simple collective knowledge you go to Body Space see someone with incredible good body composition and attitude and much talk about a certain caveman diet.

LinkedIn for instance actively discourages and BANS useful information to get fit I had the chance to burn a free 100$ test credit and it was a disaster. Fit is the highest virtue were form follows function. Morbid obese and not being able to do a pull-up to safe a life is not being fit regardless of credentials. Bony skinny is malnourished like mainstream discontent looking fashion models. Being a fit capable human directly benefits the brain, the brain is more like the passenger than the actual driver.


Is your transformation worth removing the big offenders like wheat, skimmed milk, beans and vegetables? The why will soon be clear.

Milk and milk products can be the best or the worst product it depends on food quality. I believe and this is purely hypothetical that all that lactose intolerance is intolerance against skimming low fat products. This is equally important in choosing the fattiest cuts of whole meat. This is the difference in being an excellent pooper or feeling like pooping out broken glass.

The whole ‘lean meat notion’ (the DE-emphasizes on energy fats) let arguably many people run away from a more primal eating pattern.

Besides that only whole milk provides the possibility to absorb its important vitamins it is beyond abuse that institutions and worse fitness influences don’t utilize/promote show the whole ingredient.

After that the whole discussion about milk has to be revised and focused on good farming practices like fresher / horse or sheep milk that is local / unpasteurized.
Raw milk alone has many enthusiasts if those people are happy and content with consuming it, sounds great besides Sheep and Goat milk are different and raw sheep milk has about twice the useful nutrition (fat and protein) than cow or goat milk moreover it is extremely easy digestible and nutrient dense. 

Focus on what is high in available nutrition that digests easily, that is correct human nutrition.

Uncommon Supplementation is you eat the real one on one ingredient(s) first, which I generally prefer because it
gives control and ability to track. Then there is a good possibility that not enough salt gets eaten.


Salt can fall in a culinary / medicinal / supplemental category. Just like I see whole milk as the best bodybuilding supplement. I benefited tremendously from  chocolate milk as sport recovery drink and extra key nutrition from a liter whole milk here and there.

This is a example of using evolutionary new food to gain an edge. Why salt? I meant real salt, nothing added the idea of anti-caking agents added to anything worries me, what if those agents interfere with digestion. That is for you to find out because that is something I don’t know.
Salt does not make you fat. Consuming salt helps you get away eating 25% more without getting that food shuttled into body fat. How about a t-shirt about that?
Salt is besides often a immediate cure for lethargy, think drinking extra coffee you might as well add some salt in your coffee. Coffee is a drug and contains various psychoactive compounds beyond it's caffeine, coffee is also a Nootropic which means that it benefits mental performance.

Salt is an essential mineral. You need salt for life if you like to eat fruit. I encourage salting it, that way the mineral profile is more complete and it deepens the flavor. That is an excellent way to test the flavor of different kinds of salts. I am not selling salt or search engines (by the way), just provide my opinion about that.

There are tons of supplements out there and the first question is did you eat enough meat?

If you are rib eye deficient you will miss out. Everything else is at best a cherry on the cake. Important and interesting yes a deal breaker(?), no.
You not eat the Sun although the skin absorbs UVB rays and the body makes with cholesterol in that process available vitamin D3. Besides D is one of the only 2 compounds that influence every single process in the body.

One way of eating that works is protein focused and building around that.
A medium build human up to 75kg needs at least 500 grams of meat a day for adequate function. Some countries do less or non at all and the mono looking soda addicted diabetics are there to show it.
This is a deal breaker because for good basic maintenance; DNA is transcribed out of protein, neurotransmitters are made from protein like the amino acid Tyrosine, muscle mass is built by protein and its cell membranes are stable saturated fat. That is why not shying away for natural occurring saturated fat sources does wonders for skin complexion.


Muscle mass should be considered an organ system as it is and the brain is its passenger. Muscle is an excellent buffer for the immune system to supply readily available amino acids for auto-cannibalization / survival. If you ever become sick and you're not emaciated you have always a better position. That is why muscle mass is the thing you need to prevent frailness and stay powerful.


If you throw all nutritional advice out of the window, this rule of thumb is what you need to know. When you're too busy to eat, just focus on enough animal based protein. The protein in plants is the most incompatible source and I do not recommend even counting it. Then build around that with whatever you prefer.
You're snacking on some nuts, great and that won’t count, you eat a few eggs for breakfast that can be extracted from the 500 gram meat recommendation a day? arguably yes. 15 egg yolks is a solid meal. I have to be clear that I am never recommending a vegetarian diet.

Unlike what I saw customization for all emotional needs which has been done even in the Paleo world without calling names. Paleo MD’s should in no circumstance make Paleo vegetarian friendly. Because the human digestive system is as carnivorous as the Arctic fox.
Some meaty protein sources are: beef, horse, duck bacon slices and wild rabbit. Human infants should always be breastfed ideally a year or beyond.
You should be able to visualize, instead of using the kitchen scale and just round the numbers up and avoid micro counting like the philosophical protein from that hand macadamia nuts. If you insist you can replace or add a liter of milk for 100 grams of meat to get adequate protein intake or just not count milk since I mentioned the minimum.
There are different genetics, blood types and metabolisms though just one stomach and digestive track that is carnivorous. If you literally poo out intact salads it is incompatible.
However you slice it there is always blood on your hands while eating, agriculture has the most animal suffering. Veganism it is a ‘ism’ (like genocidal communism) destroys complete ecosystems due mono cropping and is a big booth on the globe regarding animal suffering. Without mentioning pesticide use and genetically modified seeds were (semi)vegans never talk about, though when cranky consume all junk available while consuming more plastic packaging than a small village and hypocritical trying to lecture simple people. Those modern vegetables never exsisted in nature. Vegetables never excited in the wild it is the same staff of death like farming wheat it made the human race more or less cripple.
Man made vegetables are nothing more than bags of pesticide juice. Organic isn’t the answer either because plants generally don’t want to be eaten and have a whole jar of problems called plant defense chemicals: → STUDY about half an
hour about salicylates, lectins, oxalates, goitrogens and gluten, your life will never be the same.

Without a doubt you find better and newer takeaways than I outline. To guide, activate and let you think for yourself is one task were you can experiment with extractions or additions. Track how you feel the day after, 2 hours after and half hour after a (new) eating experiment. That can answer if white rice provides energy of has zero benefits beyond filling. You have to proactive and experiment to get the individual answers. Universities have currently a toilet confusing problem so they not do that work for you. 


Do we really need supermarket vegetables? Isn't it way better to focus on a few herbs for delicacy and medicinal purposes and not stress digestion with junk fiber. That is one I did years ago. There is besides a gut brain connection. Very fascinating.
Vegetable matter is fine for a 4 stomach animal that up-cycles nutrition and can ferment plants that hardly or not digest, tax the human digestive system which taxes brain function. Because the gut and brain are connected via the n. Vagus that is a brain nerve separated from the spine that connects organs with the brain. We have a carnivorous intestinal tract, a salad fest is not what humans are designed for and provides no energy. Aim for easy digestible high absorbable nutritional dense food.

Paleo eating means like we did before agriculture was invented and that works best for positive genetic expression. Eating the foods that humans are designed to eat. If you want to dig deeper and have a need for many scientific references you should read all professor Loren Cordain’s books about the Paleo diet, Loren Cordain basically rediscovered the Paleo diet because it was already here.
You find all the good reasons why no wheat, no grains, no potatoes, no beans is the answer. What you can reasonably hunt and gather in nature or as closely can mimic in (super)markets. The Paleo diet is a great way to solve skin issues, to recover from surgery, to lose body fat basically automatically.
Imagine the beach salt water adequate sun exposure eating oyster, lamb, beef and tropical fruit kind of protocol. Acne doesn't have a chance in that kind of environment. Isolated islanders have no issues when they eat their real food; the acne example is just a side effect from fabricated junk that is fed to the masses. Not something people have to deal with all my skin issues that I solved can I credit to the Paleo diet.

When you eat food that works best with your body, you probably don't need pills, potions, are not over sensitive and not need approval. 

Below a modest selection:
Raw Egg Yolks

Very nutritious and contains per yolk 200mg cholesterol. If you consume five egg yolks, you have 1000mg cholesterol consumed, a good start! Besides eggs and especially the yolk is a good source of minerals, vitamins, healthy fats and complete protein. That's more than three times the recommended daily intake (RDI scam) at the time of stating this, yes people who make those guidelines are lawyers from the government, vegetarians and or heavily funded by petrochemical based drug cartels to make consuming junk look reasonable. That kind of institutions run at the speed of the bribes.


Saturated fat is such an example, vital important for health but vilified and never proven to be bad. Which I was so inclined to put extra resources about in the appendix. The reason for the high amount of healthy cholesterol in the yolks is because it contains the building blocks for the chicken.
Why “preferably” raw yolks? The cholesterol from the yolk is more bio-available when mostly left intact. burning or frying the bodies building blocks before ingestion a smart idea?

Steak

Hard to imagine for me to get bored with eating steaks. You don't have to be stuck at only cow meat. Think about: Deer, Ostrich, Horse and Lamb or duck is also a good protein source and ideal for increasing the libido (build by animal fat). This is perfect for if you need to load up on extra cholesterol. This is equally useful for both sexes. Sexdrive is important it is a serious marker for energy and drive. Hormones can not be uncoppled from cognitive function.  


Seafood

Such as Oysters, Lobster or Gambas contains zinc, cholesterol and a lot protein. Seafood is a winning combination. 


Butter (raw) (grass-fed) 

Butter is very healthy, the rich taste and stable molecule structure makes it safe for baking things if you insist.

Coconut oil good cooking oil 

With plenty healthy energy saturated fats. Coconut oil won't get rancid like vegetable seed oils → that are loaded with manufactured trans-fat. Coconut oil is so stable that you can fry easily two years with the same oil. In the tropics coconut oil is liquid and becomes hard at room temperature. The carbons C8 C10 from coconut fat is directly transformed in energy by the liver and won't get stored as body fat. Even if that could happen the point of diarrhea will comes first. You can drink a liter raw sheep milk be fine and even call it lunch. Although Coconut oil
has it’s limits as a supplement.

Cacao butter

Great for skincare and in ice cream. 

Raw Milk(’s)

Is like drinking steak, very nutritious, easy to digest because the enzymes that break down the lactose are not boiled. The taste is like; drinking ice cream. Nature did not boil mother milk, makes sense to me. I never recommend pasteurized / UHT milk. All kind of vague institutions like the FDA and it's equivalents are negative about everything that is natural. Before WW2 milk was almost always raw told a leading candy manufacturer me once. Straight from the mamal, full fat unheated and no other ingredients added and never skimmed. The fear about bacteria is bull or bodies lives symbiotic with (gut)bacteria and bacteria outnumber human cells by 10:1.


By now you might agree with my observation that 99.9% of the labeled products come with some form of fuckery. It is easy to focus on whole ingredients like: meat and some herbs and if you like carbs cassava with meat or whole (chocolate)milk(post training). If the basis is good there is no need to feel guilty about desserts. I indulge in ice-cream and coffee though I make sure that sun exposure, my training plan and protein intake are met.

Why never eating vegetables is healthy?


Food should taste good and besides be nourishing vegetables again will be the new smoking because fibers create unnecessary irritation, vegetables can be sprayed and contain evolutionary anti-predatory mechanisms just like wheat,
vegetables are toxic for me personally because quitting on vegetables provided me a 15% improvement of mental contentedness the small things like 0 fear of dogs.


Beef is by the way vital for saving the planet and yourself in an outdoor model that uses local grass and rain water. That cuts back on transport (it is wasteful to transport corn and soy around the world and to deforest to grow these inferior crops).

Complete protein is vital, for building neurotransmitters and muscle upkeep. The propaganda that force fed the masses (rancid) vegetable oils is deep, the demonetization of tropical oils is web of misleading. Coconut oil and cacao oil don't contains trans fat and are less likely to oxidize.
Cholesterol is not a fat it is a kind of waxy substance. Plants do not contain cholesterol and
Saturated fat is not the same as cholesterol. That's why butter and eggs deserve to be preferred above chocolate and coconuts because cholesterol is; the building material for sex hormones, vitamin D metabolism (again vitamin D you can see vitamin D as the imaginable man behind your epigenetic switches), brain and nerve tissue and various repairing processes.

That few mg cholesterol in beef is very beneficial. To summarize the best thing to eat is meat based Paleo and outsource the digestion of grass to the cows digestive system that up cycles it.
Meat based Paleo
"You can not take away my bread!" becomes old. The less plants are eaten, the better. Yes there are a few beneficial herbs like coffee that provide 80% of the meaning of life, for most people. The whole “superfood” term is meaningless it is a buzzword. I tend to disagree with most of the content regarding superfoods. Because plants generally don’t want to be eaten and for digesting vegetation we not have the proper 4 stommach digestive system.

The Appendix

Junk* 

Junk food is what global junk produces. When most of it consist out of rancid vegetable (seed) oil, sugar/flour/syrup/, fiber, water, additives (like coloring and Mono Sodium Glutamate) but, but, that is all vegan! Exactly my point: empty of meaningful macro and micro nutrition to build a body or leave you satisfied after eating it. 

You could do detective work and read labels although to prevent overwhelm not bother with anything labeled beyond 3 ingredients.
Beer is the ultimate junk, an acid re-flux stimulating concoction that messes up hormonal health (since they stared adding hops into beer centuries ago). Drinking yeasty, moldy grain juice is one of the most disgusting things and total disservice to health there is. Beer is besides a belly fat gainer like no others and the way to loose hair(color) quicker than genetic pre-dis-position does.
Due a wheat//beer/skim milk centered diet which is low in minerals and high anti-nutrients that promote malnutrition / malabsorption of key micronutrients. Hair needs building blocks that are like many things dietary fat dependent and mineral dependent. Shying away from fatty animal products and eating sabotage foods that hinders micro nutrient absorption, zinc for example. A salad and a cracker won't cut it in woman’s cases that can mean excessive thin hair. Malnutrition reflects in the mirror. Hair, skin and nails are windows inside the body.
The concept supermarket did not exist till late 1940s. It is amazing the effort for those shiny packages, non-stop marketing studies and horrible junk lightening to get the customer out of their element.

Those vegan doctors decay fast and can’t help themselves if they knew any anatomy and biochemistry they would know that the brain needs cholesterol.

Trusting vegan doctors is like taking advice to get rich from someone that talks in lack and limitation with a proven track record of nothing to show for.
The problem with the medical industry is that they have no business in keeping people thriving. There is the common attitude against performance enhancement. It's disease management at best most poly-clinical-fractions basically bandage neolithic nutritional related disorders. There isn't a holistic approach whole body's approch and dogma prevails over simple chemistry. In cases of severe trauma hospitals with their technology have life saving potential and great repair shop options like reattaching a thumb.This is typically a case of most and not all don't do good work.
